[Hiring] Business Analyst (Change Management) @Nexiva

Role Description

The Business Analyst (Change Management) with Healthcare Experience will support DDI Project deliverables processing and tracking. Responsibilities include:

• Processing new requests and deliverables for the MES System.
• Designing documents in a timely manner.
• Logging deliverables and pushing them to SMEs and PMs for next steps.
• Maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files.
• Generating and posting recurring/ad-hoc status reports.
• Providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff.
• Collaborating closely with Information Management, PMO teams, DMAS SME community, and MES vendors.

This is NOT an admin role. The position requires strong analytical and people management skills, and the ability to work directly with vendors providing modules/products for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management Office.
• Processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.
• Ensuring alignment with key cross-functional project request/deliverable activities.
• Completing change management requirements/tasks.
• Applying a structured methodology to lead change management activities.
• Developing strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ensuring project deliverable documents are stored and maintained correctly.
• Participating in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life Cycle.

Qualifications

• Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment (5 years).
• Experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control (5 years).
• Knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (5 years).
• Experience with data entry and work order processing (5 years).
• Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow (5 years).
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills (5 years).
• Experience in healthcare is a big plus.

Requirements

• 10 years experienced candidate required.
• Local to Richmond, VA, as candidate must be willing to pick up equipment in person.
• VA DL is mandatory.
• Must be available during regular working hours (M-F, 8:30 - 5 pm EST).
