[Hiring] Business Acceptance Tester @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Acceptance Tester (BAT/UAT) with strong functional testing expertise and business process knowledge. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, product owners, and project teams to validate business requirements, execute testing activities, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions within Supply Chain and Oracle ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Validate end-to-end business processes, workflows, and system functionality against business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and project teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Track, report, and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Support release validation and ensure business readiness for deployments.
• Coordinate with onshore, offshore, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Requirement analysis, test planning, test case creation, and execution
• Oracle ERP R12 - Order Management, Inventory Management, SCM, Finance, Logistics
• Agile methodologies and ceremonies
• SQL / PL/SQL (basic to intermediate)
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Experience in global, distributed, multi-vendor environments

Preferred Skills

• Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Service Contract Management domain experience
• ERP implementation or enterprise transformation project experience

Location & Work Model

100% Remote. Candidates must be available for 24x7 support responsibilities.
