[Hiring] Brand Content Project Manager @Brighterly

Role Description

Brighterly is seeking a Content Project Manager to take charge of the educational content for our Learning Platform and find the fastest way to populate it with thousands of materials through AI, automation, or a team of executors.

• Assess content needs for the Learning Platform, plan the scope of work, and choose the optimal time and budget-efficient methods to meet content goals.
• Quickly populate tools and features developed by the Product R&D team, including features for learning in a game format and practice between lessons.
• Create and moderate content.
• Search for and implement automation and AI enhancements in content creation—either independently or with product, development, and operations teams.
• Select and manage freelancers and content creators: set tasks, control quality, and timelines.
• Build an effective content pipeline and project management approach, analyze content, and iteratively improve it.
• Lead key content projects: replenish the library of reading texts, transfer homework, assessments, and math and ELA lessons to the Learning Platform.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in mass content production, working with series of similar materials rather than single publications.
• Confidently use AI and technology in work and can provide a specific example of automating content processes.
• Proficient in English at Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced level, sufficient for creating and editing educational texts for children.

Requirements

• Experience in the US market is a definite plus.
• Experience creating content for children.
• Experience in EdTech or education.
• Experience managing a content project from planning to delivery, including setting tasks for executors and controlling quality and timelines.
