Role Description

• Write expert-level prompts in Arabic across specialized scientific topics.
• Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate handling of sensitive content.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model safety.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure the responsible handling of dual-use information.

Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a closely related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic and business-level written English.
• Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques.
• Sound judgment around scientific safety and the responsible handling of dual-use information.

Requirements

• Based in Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region (preferred).
• Expertise in radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, or related fields (preferred).
• Depth in specific subfields like organic synthesis, molecular biology, or genetics (preferred).
• Experience with chemical safety, biosafety, or hazardous-materials handling (preferred).
• Experience reviewing or grading technical content (preferred).

Benefits
