Role Description

The Billing & Operations Administrator supports US restoration and insurance claims operations by preparing invoices, maintaining Salesforce records, and ensuring essential reports meet established standards. Your work helps protect revenue, minimize billing delays, and strengthen operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in billing administration, accounts receivable, financial operations, or related administrative roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy across invoices, files, and financial records.
• Proven ability to follow written procedures precisely and manage multiple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) simultaneously.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple web-based systems within a single workflow.
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly through video tutorials and written instructions.
• Strong written English communication skills for clear, concise, and professional correspondence through Microsoft Teams.
• Sound judgment to recognize when clarification is necessary and confidence to ask questions proactively.
• Consistent reliability, accuracy, and efficiency when handling high-volume administrative tasks.
• Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and quiet work environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting and accounts receivable (AR) systems.
• Familiarity with Encircle, DASH (Next Gear), DocuSketch, or Xactimate.
• Background in insurance, restoration, construction, or claims administration.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing administration, or related financial operations.
