Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Homecare Team Lead/Manager to oversee and lead a team within a US-based homecare agency. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in the homecare industry, with the ability to provide team leadership, coordinate daily activities, and support smooth operational workflows. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as the team they will be managing is bilingual.

• Lead, supervise, and provide day-to-day support to the homecare team.
• Coordinate team activities and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure effective performance.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across the bilingual team.
• Serve as a point of contact for team-related matters and operational concerns.
• Monitor team activities, identify operational challenges, and support timely resolution.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and effective communication within the team.
• Support management with team coordination and other operational responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in the US homecare industry.
• Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or management capacity within a homecare agency.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a bilingual team.
