[Hiring] Bilingual Commercial Transaction Coordinator III @PNC

Role Description

As a Bilingual Commercial Transaction Coordinator III within PNC's Business Credit organization, you will be based remotely within PNC's footprint.

• Builds relationships and partners with third party vendors/dealers to influence and support business growth through exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
• Understands the financing request and ensures the documentation package fits the requirements of credit approval.
• Adheres to all Operations Policies and Procedures, ensuring implementation in daily workflow processes.
• Ability to draft Amendments for legal review.
• Reviews PPSA searches to determine any blanket lien filings.
• Ensures contracts are priced appropriately and any pricing exceptions are documented.
• Trains new Sales Support employees, third party dealers/vendors, and sales teams on business processes or documentation requirements.
• Ensures deal files and systems are accurately documented for vendor funding and customer billing.
• Influences pipeline growth with dealers/vendors and manages the pipeline and forecast production.
• Drives continuous process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a high level of accuracy (95% or above).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the leasing industry.
• Understands standard and non-standard documentation.
• Understands equipment leasing and structured transactions.
• Understands pricing/TValue.
• Understands sales, use and property tax.
• Understands PPSA laws and how to interpret a PPSA search.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – bi-lingual French.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with the ability to accomplish goals.
• Ability to proactively find solutions to issues and problems.
• Analytical skills to evaluate inconsistencies or trends.

Requirements

• Roles typically require a university/college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
