• Manage Bid Process: Coordinate the full lifecycle of construction bids and tenders, from opportunity identification through submission and post-bid follow-up.
• Prepare Tender Documents: Compile, review, and submit complete bid packages, ensuring compliance with client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
• Coordinate Internal Teams: Work closely with estimators, project managers, procurement, and leadership to gather pricing, technical information, and supporting documentation.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Liaison: Source, communicate with, and obtain competitive quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to support bid preparation.
• Review Project Requirements: Analyze drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents to identify project scope, risks, and submission requirements.
• Maintain Bid Pipeline: Track upcoming bid opportunities, submission schedules, outcomes, and maintain organized tender records and documentation.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Verify that all proposals meet company standards, contractual requirements, and client submission guidelines before delivery.
• Support Business Growth: Assist with proposal strategy, capability statements, and continuous improvement of bid processes to increase win rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, estimating support, or proposal management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction bidding processes, contracts, procurement practices, and project documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and comfortable using construction management, estimating, or document management software.
