[Hiring] AVP - Senior NetSuite ZoneBilling Architect @Techtorch

Role Description

As an AVP - Senior NetSuite ZoneBilling Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end quote-to-cash solutions across Salesforce and NetSuite, with ZoneBilling handling subscription, usage-based and project-based billing, revenue recognition and AR.
• Billing-Aware Quote Design: Partner with TechTorch's Salesforce architects to ensure CPQ and Revenue Cloud models translate cleanly into ZoneBilling records.
• ZoneBilling Design: Define the ZoneBilling data model, including subscriptions, price books, billing rules, and revenue elements.
• NetSuite Finance Design: Map Salesforce products to NetSuite items and design customers, subsidiaries, multi-currency, tax, AR and revenue recognition setup.
• Integration Design: Architect Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations using Zone's packaged templates.
• Usage Data Pipelines: Define how consumption data is aggregated and how it lands in ZoneBilling.
• Data Migration: Lead migration of in-flight contracts to ensure accurate post-go-live invoice runs.
• Quote-to-Cash Testing: Design and lead end-to-end UAT from quote through invoice, payment and revenue schedule.
• Platform Strategy: Advise PE sponsors on standardizing the finance stack.
• Practice Building & Mentorship: Build TechTorch's ZoneBilling and NetSuite capability through partner enablement and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP or finance systems experience, with at least 5 years in a NetSuite architect or solution lead role.
• Experience with Zone&Co ZoneBilling is a must.
• Hands-on delivery of ZoneBilling implementations integrated with Salesforce preferred.
• NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or SuiteFoundation certification preferred.
• Zone & Co partner certification or bootcamp completion preferred.
• Workato or Celigo certification is a plus.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.
• Accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or a finance operations background is a plus.

Requirements

• Expertise in Zone&Co ZoneBilling, including billing rules and revenue elements.
• Strong NetSuite functional depth across items, customers, subsidiaries, multi-currency, tax and AR.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15, deferred revenue, usage metering and true-ups.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud with a billing mindset.
• Proven experience designing Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations.
• Track record leading migration of in-flight contracts and designing end-to-end quote-to-cash UAT.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-native delivery practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
