Role Description

The Associate Site and Patient Access Strategist supports the pre-award proposal and bid defense process under the guidance of senior team members. The Associate assists in gathering and organizing data from relevant sources and analytics tools to help inform country, site, and patient strategy for clinical trials. The Associate also supports post-award feasibility activities, helping to compile and organize feasibility assessment data to contribute to a successful study endpoint.

Responsibilities

• In pre-award, supports development of country/site/patient solutions by gathering and organizing data, drafting proposal text, and assisting with bid defense preparation.
• Assists with protocol prediction by helping to compile patient profile and standard of care information.
• Supports awarded feasibility offerings by helping to prepare site assessment surveys, organizing data received from sites, and assisting with tracking site tiering parameters.
• Translates feasibility assessment data/results into visual presentations and/or written reports, and supports delivery to internal/external stakeholders as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a life science, communication and or scientific discipline. Required.
• 2-3 years relevant clinical research/drug development experience, with exposure to feasibility, site identification/selection, study start-up, patient recruitment planning, or related clinical operations activities. Required.
• Excellent independent judgment and decision making skills. High.
• Adept at analyzing data to form independent decisions. High.
• Effective time management skills as demonstrated through management of multiple projects. High.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. High.
• Proven ability to make difficult decisions under pressure, at times without all desired information. High.
