[Hiring] Associate Principal, Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC), Evidence Synthesis @IQVIA

Role Description

Associate Principals are methodologic experts with substantial experience in providing consulting services to Pharmaceutical clients. They are project leaders responsible for:

• Implementing rigorous evidence synthesis research
• Overseeing the work of junior staff
• Proactively managing the project timeline
• Contributing to the operational and fiscal health of the overall practice
• Training and ensuring the success of junior staff

Qualifications

• PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences okay) preferred
• Master's in epidemiology or biostatistics (other health sciences okay) minimum required
• 5+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in a pharma consulting environment preferred
• 7+ years of experience implementing evidence synthesis research in a pharma consulting environment minimum required
• 5+ years of experience as the client point of contact on projects

Requirements

• Significant and demonstrated experience independently leading projects that included Bayesian NMAs and/or other ITCs
• Substantial experience independently leading projects that included meta-analysis, NMA, or other Bayesian statistical analysis
• Solid understanding of SLR concepts, guidelines, and required rigor
• Strong ability to quality check own and others work
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Competency in using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); strong business/scientific written English
• A commitment to working collaboratively and effectively with others
• A commitment to timely internal and client communication
• A pragmatic and logical problem-solving approach to projects
• Strong attention to detail on all project deliverables
• A good understanding of project management with proven time management and personal organizational skills

Benefits

• Potential base pay range: $125,800.00 - $350,300.00
• Actual base pay may vary based on job-related qualifications
