Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A Florida-based licensed life insurance agent is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to contact existing annuity leads and schedule qualified appointments for the client and other agents on the team. The VA's responsibility is straightforward:

• Call the leads, determine interest, and book appointments on the appropriate agent's calendar.
• Assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous appointment setting, outbound calling, customer service, or lead-generation experience required.
• Strong spoken English required.
• Experience calling U.S.-based consumers preferred.
• GoHighLevel and/or CRM experience preferred.
• Insurance, annuity, mortgage, banking, or financial-services experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong objection-handling skills preferred.
• Comfortable working toward appointment-setting goals.
