[Hiring] Application Support Analyst @Nesco Resource

Role Description

The applicant will be responsible for receiving and servicing tickets in Autotime. Candidates will route the tickets to the responsible party for development fixes. May be responsible for deploying fixes such as re-running jobs that failed.

Experience with Autotime, SQL, and Control-M are required.

The role will start with training on the system to get up to speed but will eventually require on-call flexibility to service business-critical tickets after hours and sometimes weekends. An on-call rotation is being created by the team and is currently TBD but the initial plan is to have:

• One week on-call
• One week as backup
• At least one week off call prior to being back into rotation

Ideally, they will have at least two weeks off call prior to being back into rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autotime
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Control-M
