[Hiring] Application Analyst Lead - Epic Cadence Scheduling and Referrals @BHS

Role Description

Baptist Health is looking for an Application Analyst Lead - Epic Cadence Scheduling and Referrals to join our team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

• Under general direction, responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting.
• Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes.
• Includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support.
• Participates in application deployment and procedure documentation.
• Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
• Has technical knowledge of all phases of applications system analysis and project management.
• May have duties instructing, directing and checking the work of other application Analysts, personnel, and project team members.
• Acts as project leader for projects with moderate to large budgets or system-wide implications, multiple projects of a short to long-term duration, and medium to large projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and six years’ related experience, or three years’ direct experience in lieu of a degree.
• Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.
• Epic Cadence Certification/Proficiency with Honors strongly desired.
• Candidates with appropriate related IT / medical group scheduling/access/referrals experience will be considered but will be expected to pass certification/proficiency exams.
