[Hiring] AP Utilities Coordinator @Lithia & Driveway

Role Description

The Utilities Coordinator manages utility accounts across Lithia & Driveway locations, including:

• Account setup and closure
• Invoice processing
• Payment reconciliation
• Ongoing account maintenance

This role works directly with utility providers and dealership teams to resolve billing issues and help ensure services remain uninterrupted.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with billing, payments, collections, accounts payable, account reconciliation, or similar financial/administrative work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Utility billing or utility account experience is preferred, but not required

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older required
