• Coaches and provides guidance to procurement professionals.
• Works independently with limited supervision, managing projects and processes with a significant impact on the department.
• Defines advanced contract management processes, conducting the most complex analyses and recommending procedural improvements to enhance the overall performance of the procurement function.
• Develops complex procurement strategies, integrating in-depth knowledge of business, project management, and law to improve processes and drive innovation.
• Ensures compliance and quality in procurement processes, establishing and implementing processes to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in contract management.
• Improves stakeholder relationships both within and outside the organization, influencing parties at an operational level regarding policies, practices, and procedures within the procurement function.
• Forecasts industry trends, conducts interviews and selects external partners, influencing decision-making by providing insights and selecting partners that align with organizational goals.
• Directs individuals within the procurement function to achieve specific goals, working independently under limited supervision, responsible for the delegation of work and review of others' work product.
• Helps establish and implement a culture of continuous improvement in procurement, integrating practical knowledge of project management and guiding the team toward enhanced performance and efficiency.
