[Hiring] Alteryx Reconciliation Specialist @Capco

Role Description

We are looking for an Alteryx Reconciliation Specialist to support the design, configuration and implementation of reconciliation workflows for a financial services environment. You will work with agreed trade, settlement and CSD/Equator data feeds, configuring effective matching and reconciliation logic within the existing Alteryx environment. The role will involve:

• Data transformation
• Exception management
• Break analysis
• Testing and performance optimisation

This opportunity is offered on a B2B contracting basis and can be delivered remotely from Poland.

Qualifications

• Practical experience designing, building or configuring workflows using Alteryx.
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, including matching logic, tolerances, exceptions and break management.
• Experience working with financial-services transaction data, ideally including trade and settlement data.
• Ability to analyse data issues, investigate reconciliation breaks and translate findings into effective solutions.
• Experience supporting testing, performance optimisation and the transition of solutions into production.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CSD, securities settlement or post-trade processes.
• Experience working with Equator data or comparable reconciliation/data platforms.
• Understanding of complex data mappings, transformations and system interfaces.
• Experience delivering reconciliation solutions within banking, capital markets or another regulated financial-services environment.
• Previous experience working within consulting or multidisciplinary delivery teams.
