Role Description

Our Client is seeking a high-output, technically proficient Remote AI Video Creator & Video Editor to take video advertisements from initial concept through final export. Reporting to marketing leadership, this professional will generate and edit 50–100 finished short-form video creatives per week for Meta Ads, TikTok, and other digital channels. Utilizing advanced AI generation engines alongside modern video editing software, this team member will craft realistic AI footage, natural voiceovers, engaging hooks, and strategic ad variations to drive direct-response performance.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Generation & Concept Development:
  • Develops short-form video concepts, script variations, and opening hooks based on creative briefs, product claims, and reference ads.
  • Generates hyper-realistic AI video footage, product visuals, and natural voiceover audio utilizing generative AI platforms including Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Iterates on creative angles, visual hooks, script messaging, and calls to action to build targeted ad variations for multi-variate performance testing.
• High-Volume Video Editing & Post-Production:
  • Edits complete vertical video ads featuring tight pacing, on-screen text captions, sound effects, background music, product overlays, and clear conversion triggers.
  • Delivers 50–100 finished, high-quality video assets per week, incorporating purposeful variations in opening hooks, visual assets, and voiceovers.
  • Conducts strict quality assurance across all exports to ensure correct product packaging rendering, readable typography, natural voiceover pacing, and brand alignment.
• Performance Iteration & Asset Management:
  • Refines ad creative based on campaign performance data and creative team feedback, actively diagnosing and fixing weak hooks or visual drop-offs.
  • Maintains meticulous project file structures, prompt libraries, generated asset archives, and template workflows to maximize weekly production efficiency.

Qualifications

• AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience generating production assets with AI tools such as Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar generative media software.
• Video Editing Mastery: Advanced editing skills in software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, with a focus on short-form vertical video (9:16 format).
• High-Volume Production Capacity: Proven ability to build structured, batch-production editing workflows capable of delivering 50–100 polished, unique video variations weekly without sacrificing visual quality.
• Performance Creative Instincts: Deep understanding of paid social ad mechanics, specifically hook retention, visual pacing, direct-response storytelling, and calls to action.
• Fluent English & Auditory Judgment: Fluent written and spoken English skills with an ear for natural phrasing, realistic voiceover cadence, and correct American English pronunciation.
• Relevant Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing AI video generation, prompt engineering, and performance video editing, clearly detailing individual project contributions.
• Schedule Alignment: Full availability to work standard US Eastern Time business hours (Monday – Friday, ET).
• Remote Workspace Infrastructure: High-performance editing computer (equipped with adequate GPU/RAM for video rendering and AI workflows), HD webcam, headset, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English with experience adapting video creative naturally for both markets.
• Experience creating Meta or TikTok ad creative for e-commerce, women's wellness, nutritional supplements, beauty, or fitness brands.
• Skills in motion graphics, product animation, sound design, or batch automation workflows.
