[Hiring] Advisory Support, Internal Capability Building @Pratham International

Role Description

Pratham International (PI) is seeking an advisor to support the rollout of capability-building programs for globally dispersed teams. The role involves comprehensive partner assessment, delivery model and partner selection, anchoring cross-cultural sensitisation rollout, and designing a quarterly process for new hires.

Qualifications

• India-based, with availability for late-IST calls.
• Demonstrated experience designing and rolling out capability-building or L&D programs for globally dispersed teams.
• Experience with blended delivery, and with evaluating, selecting and managing external learning providers.
• Strong written outputs that senior stakeholders can decide from.
• Able to work independently in a lean organisation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with inclusion, DEI or cross-cultural content.
• Nonprofit or international development experience.
• Exposure to LMS platforms.
