Role Description

Join Iris Telehealth as an Adult Psychiatrist! Looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity from the comfort of your home? Iris Telehealth is hiring a psychiatrist either licensed in Missouri or with an active IMLC LOQ to provide essential care to underserved communities through 100% remote work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Flexible scheduling options
24-40 hours per week in an FQHC outpatient setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology
Comprehensive administrative support to focus fully on patient care

Qualifications

Completion of a 4-year ACGME Residency Program in Psychiatry
Active medical license in Missouri or an IMLC with a letter of qualification required
Availability for 24-40 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours
Telehealth experience, with knowledge of EClinical Works as a plus
Experience with CMHC diagnoses and a willingness to treat patients with varying levels of acuity, from low to high
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Requirements

Setting: FQHC outpatient clinic in Missouri (100% remote)
Schedule: 24-40 hours/week with 60 minutes of admin time per 8-hour day
Appointments: 60-minute initial visits, 30-minute follow-ups
Patient Population: Ages 18+ with diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, IDD, dual diagnosis, and some ADHD
Caseload: 12-14 patients/day, max of 2 intakes/day
Supervision of onsite PMHNPs required
No on-call responsibilities
