Role Description

This role involves providing high-quality care as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (MD/DO) in a fully remote setting.

Provide care to patients ages 4-21 in an outpatient behavioral health setting for 32 hours a week.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners.
Work with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a robust administrative team.
Flexible schedule: 8am–5pm EST Monday – Friday, with one weekday off and 60 minutes of daily administrative time.
Balanced caseload: See 12-14 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
Patient-centered care for ages 4-21 with various diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, and SMI dual diagnosis.
Appointment times: 60 minutes for initial visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups.
Collaborative support staff to assist with patient management and administrative tasks.
No on-call required.

Qualifications

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency, and must be board-eligible or board-certified.
Active Wisconsin medical license (required).
Availability for 32 hours per week, with the ability to work during CST hours.
Experience and willingness to treat child and adolescent patients (ages 4+).
Telehealth experience preferred (Epic knowledge is a plus!).
Experience and comfort in treating patients with varying acuity levels, from low to high.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
