Role Description

Jobcenter team.arbeit.hamburg is seeking a Fachkraft (m/w/d) Markt und Integration to contribute to the smooth operation of administrative processes with organizational skills, service orientation, and teamwork.

  • As a Fachkraft Markt und Integration (w/m/d), you will handle legal fundamental questions of employment services and support our integration specialists in successfully placing clients in jobs and training.
  • You will analyze legislative changes and directives from the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA), prepare them appropriately for the target audience, and create process descriptions and work instructions to assist staff in implementation.
  • You will analyze the labor market and the needs of our clients, creating templates and management information for management. You will serve as a technical advisor for data foundations for assigned units.
  • You will plan and moderate events such as networking meetings and staff meetings, contribute to the development of concepts and measures, and actively shape collaboration with external partners through the creation of cooperation agreements.

Qualifications

  • Fundamentally educated: You have a university degree, ideally in economics, public management, or law, or a (technical) university degree in social insurance, public management, commercial law, or business administration.
  • Alternatively: A relevant vocational training, e.g., in the legal field or administration, with at least three years of professional experience in comparable tasks is also welcome.
  • Expressive and confident: You can articulate complex issues clearly in writing, ensuring a common understanding.
  • Committed by conviction: You have a positive attitude towards all people, advocate for equal opportunities and diversity, and have a high acceptance of the social security system in Germany.
  • Digitally proficient: Working with established IT tools and learning new ones is a natural part of your daily routine.
  • Professionally skilled: You maintain an overview even with complex issues and legal topics and work meticulously.
  • Independent and responsible: You can independently familiarize yourself with new topics, are resilient, and keep existing deadlines in mind.
  • Experience in employment services under SGB II is advantageous.

Requirements

  • Minimum salary corresponds to level IV, development stage 1 of the collective agreement of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (currently around €4,099 gross monthly).

  • 30 vacation days per year (31 vacation days from 2027) plus additional days off on December 24 and 31.
