• Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling
• Manage cases from start to finish
• Prepare and organize required paperwork and documentation
• Maintain accurate electronic records
• Communicate with transport personnel and office staff
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with general administrative and office support
• Help improve processes and keep daily operations running efficiently
