Role Description

Admin Assistant 3 - Anesthesiology Billing and Compliance

• Daily Compliance checks (Get Charts completed, Missing Documentation reports, Verbal orders)
• Prepare spreadsheet of charges to go to UNMMG for billing
• Paid Call hours worked
• Rechecks on all pre/post
• Complete Pre op Audit Daily
• Pain Clinic Reviews

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis

Requirements

• Experience working with EMR
• Compliance and billing background
• Experience working in a clinical department
• Experience with billing documentation
