We’re hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 6-month contract to support our dental teams and keep accounts accurate, current, and moving.

What you’ll do

• Manage dental accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Follow up on outstanding balances with professionalism and care
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Work closely with dental admin and clinical teams

Qualifications

• Dental experience required (administration or treatment coordination)
• Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance, and patient accounts
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
