Role Description
Responsible for 3M server maintenance and troubleshooting for the 3M 360 Encompass system.
- Monitor system performance, apply patches, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HIM workflows and Epic EHR processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience, seamlessly integrating them into existing workflows.
- Configure user groups, manage rights, and maintain worklists as part of system implementation.
- Generate detailed system admin reports, resolve reporting issues, and troubleshoot HL7 messaging problems to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- 3M server maintenance and administration experience
- Troubleshooting for 3M 360 Encompass systems
- In-depth HIM workflows experience
- EPIC EHR processes
