Role Description

Are you a driven start-up CEO who instinctively identifies opportunities, overcomes challenges, and navigates the complex realities of building and leading thriving ventures? 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable start-up CEOs based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered entrepreneurship and leadership systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to business strategy, fundraising, team building, go-to-market planning, and operational execution
• Evaluate AI responses for business realism, strategic insight, and compliance with real-world start-up challenges and practices
• Draft realistic start-up leadership scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. CEO, co-founder, investor, or key team member)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated business content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects real start-up dynamics, authentic leadership thinking, and practical procedures. Rather than building a start-up in the traditional sense, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about start-up leadership and entrepreneurship at scale.

Qualifications

• An experienced start-up CEO with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Proficient in developing strategies, raising capital, building teams, and driving new ventures from ideation through growth
• Skilled at evaluating business documentation, company structures, and operational decisions
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
