Role Description

We are growing our North American independent contractor network with experienced software engineers who bring deep technical skills and a genuine interest in how AI is changing the way software gets built.

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more of: Java, Scala, Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript
• Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in AI tooling in a software development context (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
• Consultative by nature - you can engage directly with clients, navigate ambiguity, and communicate trade-offs clearly
• Product-oriented mindset: you think about business value, not just ticket execution
• Ability to operate as a true partner to client engineering teams, not just a resource
