Role Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for multilingual professionals with strong bilingual English proficiency, excellent written communication skills, and experience creating high-quality language-based tasks and deliverables. This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading frontier AI research laboratory focused on advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems through real-world language interactions and search-related workflows.

Selected professionals will create tasks and deliverables based on common real-world requests within their professional domain, helping support advanced AI research through multilingual expertise and high-quality language-based contributions. This opportunity is especially well-suited to professionals fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, or Spanish, with strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Multilingual Task Creation & Deliverable Development
  • Create tasks and deliverables based on common requests within a relevant professional domain
  • Contribute high-quality multilingual content grounded in real-world interactions that users may have with AI systems
  • Support structured research workflows through clear, accurate, and well-written outputs
• Language Quality & Communication Support
  • Apply strong written communication skills with careful attention to grammar, spelling, and clarity
  • Help ensure that tasks reflect natural language use and high-quality bilingual communication
  • Maintain strong standards for accuracy and readability across language-based project work
• AI Research Contribution
  • Support cutting-edge AI research by contributing domain-aware multilingual expertise
  • Help improve how next-generation machine learning systems perform across real interactions and search-related tasks
  • Contribute to flexible project workflows with consistent quality and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, or Spanish
• At least 2+ years of education and/or professional experience
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
• Comfort creating clear, structured, language-based tasks and deliverables
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across multilingual workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multilingual, research, evaluation, or content-focused environments
• Ability to translate professional-domain knowledge into natural, realistic task creation
• Familiarity with language-focused workflows requiring precision, nuance, and quality control
• Comfort contributing to AI-related projects through structured written outputs

Contract Details

• Independent contractor role
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Hourly compensation of $15–$95 per hour
• Expected workload of approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 20+ hours
• Project starts immediately and is expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
