10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced compliance professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, detail, and practical value of AI-powered compliance solutions.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics such as regulatory compliance, risk management, policy development, and audit processes.
• Evaluate AI responses for regulatory accuracy, commercial realism, and real-world applicability.
• Draft realistic compliance scenarios and case studies based on your hands-on experience.
• Create scenario variations from diverse stakeholder perspectives (e.g. compliance officer, risk manager, executive, or auditor).
• Identify gaps, flaws, or oversimplifications in AI-generated compliance content.

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated compliance content, ensuring it embodies genuine regulatory expertise, logical accuracy, and best practices. Rather than performing traditional compliance work, you’ll leverage your practical experience to help AI systems understand and reason about compliance functions at scale.

Qualifications

• A senior compliance specialist, regulatory consultant, risk manager, or similar professional.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands-on compliance, regulatory, or risk management experience in complex or fast-paced settings.
• Excellent at assessing compliance logic and practical implementation.
• Comfortable providing clear, structured feedback and working independently.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability.
