Role Description

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Channel Partner to join our team!

The Sr. Analyst, Channel Partner supports the channel partner division in its efforts to bolster our downstream sales and collaborations. This role independently drives and coordinates day-to-day operational activities for reseller clients, such as health plans, TPAs, and coalitions, from RFP intake through delivery.

• Assess incoming RFPs and channel opportunities.
• Identify requirements and appropriate stakeholders.
• Establish timelines and work cross-functionally to drive deliverables through completion.
• Maintain reporting accuracy and coordinate opportunity execution.
• Support partner enablement activities and ensure cross-functional alignment across growth initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and operational needs; recommend solutions and priorities.
• Escalate complex matters as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, account management, channel/partner operations, business operations, or a related function required.
• Experience independently coordinating multiple priorities across cross-functional teams and driving work through completion required.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis, including interpreting information to develop insights or recommendations, required.
• 3+ years of PBM experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Requirements

• Independently manage operational execution across the Channel Partner function, including reporting, analytics, partner enablement, opportunity coordination, and RFP support.
• Serve as a central point of coordination across channel partners, internal stakeholders, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Manage opportunity intake, tracking, and reporting for channel partner requests and downstream sales opportunities.
• Coordinate RFP activity from intake through completion.
• Maintain visibility into active opportunities, partner requests, pipeline activity, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track channel performance.
• Support executive reporting, quarterly business reviews, and leadership updates.
• Develop and maintain partner enablement resources.
• Support strategic planning and market research.
• Other duties as assigned.
