Role Description

We are actively hiring a Site Solutions Director.

• Shift: Monday-Friday day shift (40 hours per week)
• Location: Remote
• FLSA Classification: Exempt

PURPOSE: The Site Solutions Director is aligned by opportunity/sponsor/CRO/program based on business needs and serves as Flourish Research’s single, network-level relationship point of contact across that program’s entire proposed and awarded site network. This is a network solution role, not a regional or single-site assignment.

• Owns the sponsor/CRO relationship for the life of the program, maintaining a regular cadence of communication to drive site network efficiencies.
• Addresses program growth opportunities and helps resolve bottlenecks from the opportunity stage through study completion.
• This is a client relationship and commercial strategy role, not an operational project management role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical research operations, business development, account management, or sponsor/CRO relationship management.
• Prior experience within a clinical trial site network and/or serving as a primary point of contact managing a client relationship across a multi-site program strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of CRO/site network dynamics and the sponsor/CRO relationship lifecycle, from opportunity through study completion.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with sponsor and CRO stakeholders.
• Ability to apply therapeutic expertise and clinical operations knowledge to critically evaluate study opportunities, assess operational feasibility, and proactively identify potential risks and implementation challenges.
• Excellent communicator, problem solver, and solution-minded collaborator.
• Capable of working cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Site Directors, and Project Managers.
• Sound judgment to distinguish relationship and program strategy ownership from operational project management.
• Ability to identify and escalate risks and bottlenecks early.
• Skilled in identifying account growth and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Business Development.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Office 365 products and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize competing demands across multiple sites within a program.
• Ability to think independently, exercise sound judgment, and influence without direct authority.
