Role Description

We are seeking an executive-level Strategic Senior Account Manager for our client to lead high-level client relationships and oversee campaign strategy. This role requires an authoritative, polished professional capable of standing toe-to-toe with C-suite executives, articulating complex marketing strategies across SEO, Paid and Organic Social Media, traditional media, Paid Search, and Web Design, while maintaining exceptional quality control over creative outputs.

This is the right role for an ambitious leader who thrives in client-facing environments, can independently guide clients through high-stakes strategy discussions, and possesses the gravitas to represent the agency in public-facing webinars and industry thought leadership initiatives.

• Serve as the primary client-facing strategic partner for C-suite executives in healthcare and dental manufacturing equipment businesses.
• Translate complex digital marketing initiatives (SEO, Paid Search, Web Design, etc.) into clear business outcomes and growth strategies for clients.
• Quality-control creative, strategic, and technical deliverables from internal teams, providing pushback to designers and specialists when standards fall short.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, strategic audits, and onboarding sessions with complete confidence and executive presence.
• Conceptualize, host, and present educational digital webinars and thought leadership sessions tailored to the healthcare and dental equipment manufacturing space.
• Maintain long-term client retention by proactively managing relationships, resolving strategic bottlenecks, and identifying account growth opportunities.
• Independently manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts, including scope, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams across paid media, SEO, creative, web/development, content, and other marketing services.
• Hold onshore and offshore team members accountable for deadlines and quality without having direct reporting authority.
• Plan and forecast hours against retainer scope, proactively identifying capacity issues, scope changes, and potential delivery or margin concerns.
• Support account renewals and contribute to overall client retention and revenue growth through upselling and expanded scope.
• Follow agency processes and help ensure accounts are managed consistently.
• Synthesis reporting to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
• Invoice and bill clients monthly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in account management within digital marketing agencies.
• Deep knowledge across SEO, paid media, website design, and overall digital marketing strategy.
• Demonstrated track record of managing C-suite relationships in B2B, healthcare, or dental sectors.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence and consultative sales ability.
• Prior experience with US-based agencies and US clients is preferred.
• Highly comfortable presenting on camera, leading webinars, and acting as a public representative of the agency.
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project management and CRM tools such as ClickUp or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Proven upsell and renewal experience, with a track record of growing existing accounts through scope expansion and additional stakeholders.
