You will work directly with business owners to understand what is working, what is not, and how to drive meaningful results through smart recommendations and steady communication. Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Set clear expectations, lead conversations, and build strong relationships
  • Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and understood
• Strategic Marketing Planning
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies aligned with client goals
  • Translate insights into focused action plans and measurable recommendations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with content, design, development, and advertising teams
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables and strategic alignment
• Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, CallRail, and CRM platforms to monitor performance
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and support performance-based decisions
• Proactive Account Leadership
  • Anticipate challenges and mitigate risks early
  • Maintain project momentum and protect client trust
• Sound Decision-Making
  • Make recommendations based on business context and data

Qualifications

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a client-facing role with strategic responsibilities
• Proven ability to build trust and deliver measurable results
• Experience in digital marketing strategy (SEO, content, advertising)
• Proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, CallRail, SEMrush, and CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and keep details organized
• Sound decision-making and prioritization skills

Work Requirements

• 100 percent remote work-from-home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time
• Must have:

  • Backup power supply (if applicable)
