[Hiring] Senior Account Manager @Autotrader

Role Description

We are pleased to announce a new vacancy for a Senior Account Manager in Large and Strategic Accounts. Our Large and Strategic Accounts team is responsible for providing first-class service to Autotrader’s largest customers, helping them achieve their goals and unlock commercial opportunities.

• Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within customers’ businesses.
• Thoroughly understand each customer's operations, challenges, and commercial objectives.
• Work with customers across both the Strategic and Large Accounts teams.
• Engage in board-level conversations down to the site level.
• Collaborate with internal teams on key projects.
• Work closely with Partnership Directors to create and deliver strategies that benefit customers.
• Drive commercial performance for Autotrader and customers.
• Analyse and interpret customer performance data to generate insights.
• Tailor presentations to different audiences.

Qualifications

• Previous senior account management experience with independent and/or franchise customers.
• Proficient in using Looker to build data-led stories with high accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills.
• Able to understand target measures and KPIs and their impact on the business.
• Comfortable with change and adapting to new approaches.
• Evidence of a proactive approach to mitigating risk.
• Confident communicator, proficient at presenting data-led stories concisely.
• Able to manage both internal and external stakeholders while handling multiple customers and objectives.
• A natural collaborator, accustomed to working with a team to achieve common goals.
• Organised and able to prioritise effectively to deliver a great customer experience.

• Salary of £50,000 – £70,000 with a £6,000 car allowance.
