Role Description

As a Senior Account Manager at Trevant, you are the point person for your accounts, representing Trevant to the client every single day. This role is for someone who wants to test new approaches, defend the strategy when it matters, and take full ownership of outcomes that keep our clients coming back again and again.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the client's day-to-day point of contact and main “go-to,” leading client discussions with clarity and confidence.
• Take strategic ideas from concept to execution, championing new approaches with the team and client.
• Own campaign plans end-to-end, tying every recommendation back to client objectives and KPIs.
• Stay closely tuned to creator and platform trends, translating insights into innovative ideas.
• Own communication channels for your accounts, leading client check-ins, updates, and internal syncs.
• Provide direction on organizing and streamlining project workflows, schedules, and management sheets.
• Bring a solution-driven mindset to the account, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
• Leverage and operationalize AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Own hard-cost creator trackers and budget control reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Treat retention as a daily discipline, proactively identifying risk signals.
• Drive alignment across the creator team, ensuring Account Coordinators are set up to execute against the account strategy.
• Partner closely with the paid amplification team to build a cohesive, cross-functional working relationship.
• Manage multiple clients and competing deadlines, proactively communicating risks.
• Ensure the team is aligned on priorities and equipped to execute confidently.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations, or a related agency role.
• Hands-on familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a creator partnership or brand marketing perspective.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Able to tie campaign performance back to client business objectives.
• Understands full funnel performance metrics.
• Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• A low-ego, team-first mindset.
• Analytical experience in pulling data and spotting patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Genuinely obsessed with the creator space, constantly tracking trends and platform shifts.

Salary Range

$85,000-$115,000 base salary plus a competitive incentive compensation plan tied to performance. Actual base salary will depend on factors such as experience, skill set, and location.
