[Hiring] Senior Account Manager @BCD

Role Description

Ready to make an impact in Life Sciences? As a Senior Account Manager, Global Congresses, you’ll help shape the Global Congress and Meetings programs come to life in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and collaboration-heavy environment. You’ll be the go-to partner for stakeholders across the business across education, experience and engagement, guiding process, policy, communications, and planning with confidence and clarity. This is a great role for someone who loves connecting people, solving complex problems, and keeping high-visibility programs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical meeting planning and congress management sector
• 3+ years of experience in account management, specifically within pharmaceutical meetings management
• Experience supporting enterprise meetings programs and congress-related activity in a compliance-conscious setting
• A background in stakeholder communications, education, or change management
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills, plus experience working with global teams across many time zones

Requirements

• Building strong relationships with global stakeholders and serving as a trusted point of contact in a structured, quality-focused environment
• Turning complex process, policy, and program updates into clear communications, presentations, and training support
• Managing multiple timelines and moving pieces while staying organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Partnering across teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and drive consistency across congress and meetings activity
• Using critical thinking, sound judgment, and a consultative approach to support planning and program effectiveness
