[Hiring] Senior Account Manager @JBT Marel

Role Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:

• Execute the commercial strategy for the Prepared Foods segment across Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives, market potential, and business goals.
• Identify, qualify, and drive complex capital equipment and integrated solution opportunities from concept through closing.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Analyze customer operations, business performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
• Lead customer engagement strategies and coordinate resources across Sales, Solutions, Service, Applications, and Project Management teams.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors, Industry Sales Managers, Distribution Partners, and Sales Operations teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and proactively manage opportunities through CRM systems.
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitable business development within the assigned territory.
• Gather and share market intelligence, customer insights, competitive activity, and industry developments.
• Represent JBT Marel at industry events, customer demonstrations, trade shows, and networking activities.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and customer account reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment, industrial solutions, food processing technology, or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and selling complex, high-value solutions.
• Experience working in an international and matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Additional Eastern European languages are considered an advantage.

Travel

This role requires extensive travel throughout Poland and Eastern Europe, with approximately 40-50% travel expected, including occasional international travel for customer meetings, training, and industry events.
