[Hiring] Senior Account Manager @Nuvare Consultancy

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager – Google Ads to join a fast-growing performance marketing team and take ownership of a portfolio of exciting e-commerce clients across the DACH region.

• Own end-to-end relationships with e-commerce clients
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets of €5K–€50K+
• Monitor performance, KPIs, ROAS and CPA
• Proactively identify client risks and prevent churn
• Lead difficult client conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Work closely with internal performance marketing specialists
• Potentially mentor and support junior team members

Qualifications

• Native-level German communication skills
• 3+ years of Google Ads/PPC experience, ideally within an agency
• Strong experience managing multiple e-commerce clients
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Comfortable handling challenging feedback and difficult conversations
• Commercial mindset with a focus on client growth and retention
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently

Requirements

• Experience with Klaviyo / email marketing (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads or other digital channels (nice to have)
• Experience mentoring or leading others (nice to have)
• Experience working with international clients in English (nice to have)
