Role Description

Your mission:

• Contract Management:
  • Coordinate ongoing renewals in a structured pipeline.
  • Monitor expiring contracts and upcoming renewals, considering customer requirements.
  • Identify early when renewals are stalling and ensure timely completion.
• Customer Relationships:
  • Build relationships with customers and support them via phone or email.
• Renewal Campaigns:
  • Set up campaigns for existing contracts with other teams.
  • Inform customers about changes and work on upselling opportunities.
• CRM Administration:
  • Maintain and develop the CRM system.
  • Ensure campaigns and customer interactions are well documented.
• Quotes & Billing:
  • Create quotes and support tenders independently.
  • Ensure correct billing of support services and subscriptions.
  • Monitor commercial details and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
• AI & Process Optimization:
  • Identify application possibilities for AI-supported tools.
  • Assist in integrating AI into renewal processes.
  • Continuously develop workflows and use automation for efficiency.
• Internal Collaboration:
  • Work with Sales, Operations, and Account Management to optimize processes and communication.
