[Hiring] Relationship Manager @Covius

Role Description

This position will be responsible for developing innovative business and technology solutions that help Covius clients improve operational efficiency. As a Relationship Manager, you will understand the business challenges of Covius clients and, through working with both client and Covius staff to develop solutions that solve for a client’s business needs and drive satisfaction. This role will lead a team of Account Managers to serve a portfolio of clients.

• Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing deep understanding of the Covius mortgage services product suite and your ability to apply planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions.
• Supervisory responsibility for a team of account managers.
• Provide high quality "trusted advisor" advice to customers to ensure appropriate planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions are proposed.
• Develop deep relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Covius clients to ensure information and decisions are made by the agreed deadlines.
• Communicate with clients about process and products that Covius provides.
• Assist with the drafting and coordinating proposals for potential Covius partners.
• Manage programs/project performance from inception through deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and our go-to-market teams to provide thought leadership in devising state-of-the art solutions for our clients.
• Communicate and collaborate with senior leadership about client trends, strategy and reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• 5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition.
• Document generation and print fulfillment experience.
• Previous experience managing a small team with shared goals.
• Previous experience in managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.

• Compensation: $82,400-$103,000/year, with 15% AIP.

• This is a remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a dedicated and professional workspace that supports productivity and confidentiality.
• This requires reliable internet access and the ability to be on camera to participate in virtual meetings and communications during standard business hours.
• Work is primarily performed in a home office environment.
• Flexible work hours may be available, though employees must be able to collaborate effectively across time zones and attend scheduled meetings during core business hours.
• May require extended periods of computer use and sitting.
• Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be required based on business needs.
• Employees must adhere to company policies regarding data security, time tracking, and virtual collaboration.

Physical Demands and Activities

• Frequently required to communicate.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and constantly operate a computer and other office equipment using hands and fingers for fine manipulation.
• Must occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, such as files and small parcels and/or move boxes weighing up to 15lbs.
• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing may be required depending on the nature of the work.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g. computer screen).
