[Hiring] Programme Coordinator @Datahash

Role Description

This is a conversation-and-escalation seat, deliberately scoped small. Tracking, classification, reporting, scheduling and follow-up drafting for the Google Implementation Programme are carried by agents; you carry what an agent cannot:

• Partner conversations with Google's programme teams
• Escalations when a nomination is stuck
• Purchase order chases with partner finance
• Judgement calls on the programme's weekly progress report before it goes to Google

If you like being the person a partner calls when something needs a human, this is the seat.

Qualifications

• One to three years in programme coordination, partner operations, customer success or account management with an external stakeholder you had to manage
• Calm, precise written and spoken English; comfortable on a call with a large partner's operations team
• Comfort with finance basics: purchase orders, invoices, payout terms
• Daily use of AI tools; supervise agent output rather than produce trackers by hand

Requirements

• Experience in a Google, Meta or similar partner programme (nice to have)
• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk (nice to have)
• Probably not a fit if you expect the job to be building and maintaining trackers; the agents do that
• Probably not a fit if you avoid difficult conversations with partners or finance teams
