You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute:

• Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
• Execute the strategy for the customer.
• Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
• Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in growing revenue and market share.
• Experience in delivering results and problem solving.
• Understanding of multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure, and business practices.
• Negotiating and influencing skills.

Requirements

• Develops and implements assigned customers annual account plan(s) to achieve revenue target(s).
• Actively support line manager in preparing and implementing market plans to achieve market revenue target(s).
• Negotiates contracts with assigned customers in line with company brand support strategies and within the frame of allocated T&C budget.
• Executes annual activities calendar and promotions with assigned customer(s) and provides feedback to direct supervisor.
• Provides revenue and sales volume forecasts for assigned customer(s).
• Monitors and analyzes budget spending on a regular basis, initiates corrective actions if needed.
