[Hiring] Junior Account Manager @Booming Games

Role Description

As a Junior Account Manager for the African market at Booming Games, you will support the development and management of relationships with our iGaming operator partners across the region. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will help maximise the performance of our games, support commercial growth and ensure our partners receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a portfolio of operator accounts across the African market, building strong relationships and ensuring day-to-day partner needs are addressed.
• Assist the AM Team Lead Africa with account development, partner communication and the identification of opportunities to grow revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with operator teams, including casino managers, CRM teams, marketing departments and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor game performance across assigned accounts, analysing key metrics such as game revenue, player engagement, rounds played and game popularity.
• Track game lobby positioning and visibility, identifying opportunities to improve placement and increase player engagement.
• Support the preparation of account reports, performance reviews, presentations and commercial proposals.
• Keep up to date with developments in the African iGaming market, including operator activity, player preferences, competitor offerings and emerging business opportunities.
• Assist in identifying potential new operator partners and opportunities to expand Booming Games' presence across African markets.
• Maintain accurate account information, meeting notes, action points and follow-ups in the company's internal systems.
• Represent Booming Games on client visits and at industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage. Experience in iGaming is desirable but not essential. Your attitude determines your future success.
• A genuine interest in the iGaming industry, online casino games and the African market.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of another African language is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds.
• A proactive, enthusiastic and results-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to respond professionally to partner requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating with teams across different functions and time zones.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently when required while knowing when to seek guidance and support from senior team members.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, where required.
