[Hiring] Client Success Partner @Somewhere

Role Description

The Client Success Partner will manage account health, search progression velocity, and account expansion across our active client base.

• Approximately 60–65% of the role focuses on direct client relationship management, unblocking active recruitment searches, running structured check-ins, and driving post-placement account retention.
• Approximately 35–40% focuses on repeat requisition generation, client referral campaigns, account health tracking, and managing replacements/credits under the firm's placement guarantee.
• Proactively track deal health across active recruitment pipelines.
• Intervene when client feedback stalls to maintain candidate momentum.
• Conduct structured 30, 60, and 90-day post-hire check-ins.
• Manage replacement searches and guarantee credit balances seamlessly in HubSpot.
• Uncover additional hiring needs and secure repeat search requisitions.
• Drive client participation in the company's referral program.
• Serve as the escalation point for client billing, scope, or contractor performance inquiries.
• Document account health metrics, feedback themes, and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client success management, recruitment account management, customer success (CSM), or agency client relations.
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with North American (U.S./Canada) executive clients and founders.
• Strong understanding of recruitment agency workflows, interview stages, and placement lifecycles.
• Working fluency with HubSpot CRM (account properties, deal stages, logging client communications).
• Experience managing difficult client conversations, defusing escalations, and negotiating terms diplomatically.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Full availability to work during U.S. business hours (EST / CST overlap).

Benefits

• Compensation: $1,000 – $1,200 USD / month (commensurate with experience) + Account Retention & Expansion Bonuses.
• Fully remote aligned to US EST.
