• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
• Actively seek new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base

• Resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients
