[Hiring] Client Operations Manager @Huzzle

Role Description

We are a fast-growing performance lead generation company specializing in the legal vertical. We provide high-intent leads and signed retainers to personal injury law firms across the U.S. As we scale, we are looking for a high-level Client Operations Manager to own the entire lifecycle of a client relationship—from the moment a contract is signed to the successful, ongoing delivery of high-quality results.

This is a critical hire designed to remove operational bottlenecks. You will be the primary engine driving campaign launches, managing technical lead distribution, and serving as the authoritative point of contact for our law firm clients and wholesale partners. Key Responsibilities

• Client & Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm clients and partners; own the tone, quality, and frequency of all client-facing messaging.
• Campaign Launch Management: Build the bridge between sales and delivery by driving new orders from paperwork to first lead, ensuring all criteria, delivery methods, and intake requirements are documented and met.
• Technical Distribution: Act as the hands-on owner of LeadDistro, managing campaign builds, routing logic, filters, caps, integrations, and daily QA/QC.
• Data-Driven Dispute Resolution: Independently manage lead quality disputes by reconciling delivery exports against client data, classifying defects, and deciding on credits or replacements based on established policy.
• Team Leadership: Manage a small team including an Account Manager and Admin Support to ensure a high-velocity daily operating cadence where no task sits without an owner.
• System Integrity: Maintain Monday.com as the live source of truth for all campaign statuses and keep SOPs current as products and processes evolve.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise with fulfillment partners and call centers to monitor volume, pacing, and quality, holding them accountable to strict specifications.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 4+ years in client-facing operations or account management within performance marketing, lead generation, or a call center environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Professional experience administering lead distribution or call routing software (e.g., LeadDistro, Boberdoo, LeadsPedia, Phonexa, Trackdrive, etc.).
• Professional Communication: Exceptional written English skills; you must be comfortable communicating with attorneys and law firm owners with high levels of polish.
• Analytical Rigor: Advanced spreadsheet skills; ability to analyze large CSV exports to produce defensible, data-backed answers to client queries.
• Leadership: Prior experience managing at least 1–2 direct reports.
• Operational Demeanor: Calm under pressure, particularly during quality disputes, with a focus on leading with data rather than apologies.
