[Hiring] Claims Account Manager @Gallagher

Role Description

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Commercial Lines Claims Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

• Work closely with your team and clients to build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction adds value.
• Works primarily with large market accounts, serves as liaison for all service, maintenance and set-up issues related to assigned accounts.
• Works with Underwriting and Risk Control staffs on account issues.
• Conducts New Business orientations, including Claims Reporting, coding, and any special service issues.
• Single point of contact for any service concerns or general questions, both account and broker.
• Negotiates and communicates special handling instructions, assuring compliance.
• Facilitates interdepartmental communications to address questions client may have concerning billing, legal questions, financial impact, etc.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's degree and 5 years related experience in insurance, and multi-line claims adjusting.
• Licensed or certified in all states in which claim oversight and direction is being provided.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred.
