Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager to join a high-growth Amazon agency working exclusively with US-based brands. The primary focus of this role is managing client relationships, owning Amazon accounts, coordinating priorities, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve account performance and drive growth.

This is not an Amazon PPC specialist or technical execution role. The ideal candidate should have basic working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC to understand account performance, communicate effectively with clients and internal specialists, and confidently manage overall account strategy and priorities.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable taking full ownership of multiple client accounts.

• Own and manage relationships with multiple Amazon clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage account priorities, deliverables, and ongoing client communication.
• Maintain a basic working understanding of Amazon Seller Central and account performance.
• Review Amazon sales, advertising, and account performance data.
• Understand basic Amazon PPC performance and collaborate with specialists when required.
• Proactively identify potential opportunities to improve account performance and drive revenue growth.
• Communicate account performance, priorities, challenges, and opportunities clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables and initiatives are executed effectively.
• Manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Maintain strong organisation, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Take ownership of account challenges and proactively work towards solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with US-based clients.
• Contribute to account retention, client satisfaction, and overall agency growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Amazon Account Management or Marketplace Management experience.
• Basic working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Basic understanding of Amazon PPC and Amazon advertising fundamentals.
• Strong client-facing and account management experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
