Role Description

As an Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in bringing bold ideas to life, building impactful client partnerships, and delivering world-class solutions that drive success for both our clients and our agency. Working within our integrated #oneteam model, you will help bring to life a global client’s plans for the biggest summer sports moment in history, leading the management of key property partnerships and relationships that connect brands with fans in meaningful and memorable ways.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trusted client relationships by understanding their priorities, business goals, key stakeholders, and long-term ambitions.
• Client Business Expertise: Understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, competitors, and audiences.
• Business Acumen & Integrated Solutions: Ability to connect client needs with the right agency capabilities, expertise, and resources.
• Sports Marketing, Sponsorship & Activation Strategy: Experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, or partnership management.
• Project Management: Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple clients, projects, and competing priorities.
• People & Team Leadership: Passionate about building strong teams through thoughtful coaching, constructive feedback, and clear direction.
• Technology, Adaptability & Global Mobility: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable creating presentations, organizing projects, and supporting strategic planning.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate proactively, anticipate needs, and turn feedback into clear action.
• Capability to uncover challenges, identify growth opportunities, and turn research and insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience in translating client goals into compelling strategies, briefs, presentations, and program plans.

• Strong initiative and adaptability to changing needs while maintaining high standards of work.
